The Cost of Giving Up

I'm sure at times of deep crisis many of you have considered thoughts of "giving up". What is the cost to you of entertaining such thoughts? Well as one client with a progressively deteriorating illness I was working with stated "it's like having one foot out the back door".

So what does it mean to "have one foot out the back door"?

Well it means that "YOU" are not fully in your body!

Now if "YOU" are the life giving force or energy that your body, out of necessity, requires to sustain it in a healthy and functional state (i.e. the way that a plant requires the life giving energy of the Sun to sustain it) what do you think will happen to your body if you are not fully in it?

Well a plant eventually dies without the Sun. In the same way your body will die without you!

So when are you not "fully" in your body?

Well when you for instance:

1) Entertain giving up,

2) When you dislike your body or yourself for some reason, and

3) When you choose to harbor toxic things in your bio-field and therefore your body.

Where are you left when your body is not fully healthy and functional? Well in a state of crisis. In fact, I would say that "all" crises in your life are the result of you not being fully in your body all the time.

In other words, by choosing "life" i.e. to be in your body, you are likely to ward off any crisis. That is because, by choosing to be fully in your body always, your body will experience a strength and resilience you have likely never known before.

So, where would you like to have your two feet?
